Name: Kitchen & Dining room Reno
Issue: The kitchen & dining area were dated and in need of a fresh new look.
Solution/Description: The location of each room was switched around.
The wall between the kitchen and dining area was removed to achieve open concept design. The existing window was removed and French doors were installed for access into backyard. A large see through into the living room area was opened up to add to the open feeling. New floor tile, cabinets, counters, backsplash, as well as pot lights and a fresh coat of paint, transformed these rooms beautifully.
